Shipping

Orders are processed the following business days Monday through Friday, except Wednesdays.
All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
We ship orders from our showroom in Ibiza, Spain.

*We offer free shipping on orders equal or over 200€ (including VAT) to the following countries: Spain Mainland & Balearic Island

*UK Customers: You may have to pay importation fees due to Brexit. Due to Brexit, customers from the UK now will have to pay a tax in order to collect their product. This is a fee of the UK government. The price that is in our website, does not include the VAT.

Please note that custom fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

The shipping cost will be indicated when placing the order according to the country of destination.

Please note that DIPINCA cannot be held responsible for any delay in orders due to delay in customs clearance or payment transactions.

The availability of products is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish, you can request a refund or exchange of an item within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

  1. Send us an email with your order number to hello@dipinca.com, add “Return Order” as a subject and tell us which items you would like to change or return.
  2. Once approved, we will email you with the address to send it back to us.
  3. Make sure you are under 14 days from the reception of your order. After this 14-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
  4. Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning.
  5. Use your own forwarder. Dipinca is not responsible for the costs of the return, shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team at hello@dipinca.com
  6. Complete the pick-up. Once checked, please make sure you seal the package securely.

Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account. The value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment and does not include shipping costs.

In the event that Dipinca has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at hello@dipinca.com to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases Dipinca shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.

Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

*If a promotional code or a sale is applied to the order placed, it cannot be returned.

*Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.

Dipinca reserves the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, changes or returns are not accepted on lingerie collection (bra & culotte)
